In this year of the plague, all our favorite book fairs and literary events have gone digital. While book lovers miss sitting in the audience and seeing our favorite authors and academics in the same room as us discussing their works and how they relate to the world we live in, we now get the priceless benefit of being able to attend just about any book fair and/or event we’d like because we don’t have to fly to the city where they are taking place and many of them are now free or available at a much reduce d price. Plus, we often get to see how our favorite authors live with a peak into their offices and/or writing rooms!
The Bronx Book Fair, an event Riverdale Avenue Books supports annually as the only publisher in New City’s borough of the Bronx, continues today and tomorrow.
